Reservation and Deposit:
Upon your reservation, each individual guest must deposit 50% of the total fees for the selected tour package. In the event of cancellation, the deposited amount will be refunded in full, if an individual or group has notified Avia Angkor Travel 30 (Thirty) days in advance from the scheduled date of the tour. A cancellation fee, which is 50% of the deposited amount, will be charge, if the cancellation is notified to the travel agency less than 30 (Thirty) days. There will be no refund from the travel agency o the deposited amount if the notification of cancellation is made lesser the 8 (eight) days from the scheduled tour. Due to the facts the, Avia Angkor Travel must pay for arrangement fees to other organization.

Payment for Service Fees:
The full payment of the remanding balance for the tour's package should be made payable to AVIA ANGKOR TRAVEL 7 (seven) days before the arrival of guest or group. Individual guest and/or a group of guest should make the final pay payment through the telegraphic transfer.

INSURANCE
Guests arriving in Cambodia to participate in an Avia Angkor Travel Co., Ltd tour package must already possess a travelers insurance policy covering illness, injury, medical evacuation, repatriation of remains and theft or loss of baggage and other goods.

LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
Avia Angkor Travel Co., Ltd interacts with numerous travel sector suppliers- including airlines, hotels, government organizations, ground transportation suppliers, translators and guides, tourist offices and cultural organizations- in making the necessary arrangements to professionally and safely accommodate out valued guests. Avia Angkor Travel Co., Ltd. is not liable for any loss, damage nor injury during our clients' participation in our tour packages. Nor are we responsible for additional expenditures due to delays, accidents, natural disasters (''acts of God'') and political or civic unrest that may affect our guests during an Avia Angkor Travel Co., Ltd tour. Participation in any Avia Angkor Travel Co., Ltd. tour package signifies the guest has agreed with and is subject to the above-stated terms and conditions. Avia Angkor Travel Co., Ltd. tour program fees are based on their validity at the time of offering. Prices can change without advance notice. Customers who have made a deposit on an Avia Angkor Travel Co., Ltd. tour package are guaranteed the price they put their deposit against.
NOTE: All prices and fees for Avia Angkor Travel Co., Ltd. services are quoted in U.S. dollars. These prices are negotiable subject to the number of travelers and are valid from October 2003 through March 2004.
